We are committed to keeping your personal information secure and protected. A variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures are used in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, usage or disclosure. However, no security measure is totally secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Requesting data deletion

At any time, you can ask us to adjust or delete the information you have previously shared with us. You can request deletion of your Simskip account directly through the app:

1. Navigate to the "Delete Account" screen.
2. Enter your email address in the provided field.
3. Confirm the deletion request by pressing "Delete".

Please note that while your Simskip account will be deleted, your eSIM profile will remain active, and you will be able to use your eSIM line during its validity period. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@simskip.com.

Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect information about how you have used Simskip, your device operating systems, IP address, and similar details. We analyze this information to troubleshoot any issues you might encounter, to work out how our products are being used, and to improve them.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any changes in the way we use your personal information, we will send you a notification. Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating your personal information.
