1.Service Description

Simskip is a prepaid eSIM solution that enables travelers to use data at competitive rates worldwide without inserting a physical SIM card.

2.Registration

By registering and using the Simskip application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the operational rules and procedures that may be updated from time to time on our platform.

3.Privacy Policy

We are committed to keeping your personal information secure. We use industry-standard technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure. By accessing or using Simskip, you consent to our use of the information you provide during registration to contact you, gather feedback, and notify you of future updates or offers. You can request to update or delete your information at any time.

We may also automatically collect data such as usage patterns, device details, operating systems, and IP addresses to improve performance and user experience.

Our Privacy Policy may be revised occasionally, and any changes will be communicated. You are responsible for keeping your information current.

4.Intellectual Property Rights

You may not use Simskip's trademarks, logos, trade names, or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to Simskip Services are owned or licensed by Simskip LIMITED. Use of our services does not imply any transfer of ownership rights.

5.Simskip Account

i. Activation — You can activate your Simskip by installing our mobile application on Android or iOS or by visiting www.simskip.com. Once purchased, your eSIM will appear under the "My eSIMs" section. If no active data package exists within three months of purchase, the contract will be terminated automatically.

ii. Charges — Payments are made by debit or credit card in USD. All transactions are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway using encryption and tokenization to protect your data. By purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable bundle fees.

iii. Termination — You may terminate your service at any time. Simskip may suspend or terminate your service without notice in cases of breach or misuse, including but not limited to:

Grounds for suspension or termination

• Abusive or unlawful use
• Fraudulent activity
• Network misuse
• Violation of these Terms

6.Use of Simskip

You agree to use Simskip Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device supports eSIM functionality and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing.

Refunds or exchanges are only issued for verified technical issues caused by Simskip. No refunds are available for incompatible devices.

Inactive eSIMs for more than three months will be manually deactivated, and any remaining data will be lost.

7.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simskip harmless against any claims resulting from misuse of the Services.

8.Limitation of Liability

Simskip will not be liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or opportunities. In any case, liability will not exceed the total amount paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

9.Modification

We reserve the right to update these Terms, modify or discontinue Services, or restrict access without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of London. Both parties will attempt amicable resolution before litigation.

11.Third-Party Links

Accessing third-party websites or resources is at your own risk. Simskip is not responsible for external content, accuracy, or availability.

12.No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

13.Force Majeure

Simskip is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters, or technical failures).

14.Warranties

Simskip provides services diligently and in accordance with applicable regulations. Except as expressly stated, no warranties are made, and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is implied.

15.Refer & Earn Program

Our Refer & Earn program allows users to earn rewards for successful referrals and cashback on qualifying transactions. Program details and eligibility criteria are available within the Simskip app. This program may be modified or discontinued at any time.

16.Data Measurement

Data is measured in Gigabytes (GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). Device and platform variations may cause minor discrepancies in usage reporting.
